I (we) acknowledge receipt of a copy of this agreement:
Owner(s) certify that the printed matter on this agreement has been read and the terms and conditions set forth herein are fully understood. Owner(s) further agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this storage contract while at the Higginsport Storage facility.
No refunds/ No exceptions
No keys are to be left with us.
All new RV/Boats will be measured.
Payment due in full 15 days after receipt of bill.
RV/Boats may be left on storage drop off lot for winter storage after Sept.1st and signed contract dropped in mail slot.
All RV/Boats approved for storage will be moved indoor/undercover or in fenced lot no later than Nov. 1st.
RV/Boats will be moved from storage to outdoor lots on the 3rd or 4th weekend of April. (weather permitting)
Higginsport RV/Boat Storage is not responsible for any damage or theft to RV/Boats while they are in our storage facilities.
*Additional charges will be assessed for any special circumstances in regards to early pullouts/special placements/ etc.
