2025-2026 Winter Storage Details

Going into Storage Fall 2025

When you drop your unit off for storage, there will be tags in the Storage Information Box on the Drop Off Lot. Please fill the tag out and attach it to the tongue of your camper/boat. If you have any questions while dropping your unit off, please call 513-545-9485.
There will be 4 days in the Fall that we will move boats and campers into storage (weather permitting):
- Wednesday, October 15th
- Sunday, October 26th
- Saturday, November 1st
- Saturday November 15th
You are welcome to drop off your RV/Boat/Vehicle any time after October 1st on the drop off area, but it may sit outside until the next date that we will be putting units into storage
Any RV/Boat/Vehicle that wishes to be placed into storage before the dates listed above must call us to schedule and may be subject to a $50 charge.
All RV/Boat/Vehicles must be moved into Winter Storage by December 1st 2025.
Once your unit has been placed into storage, you will not be able to access it until the spring set out dates, which are listed on our website.
You can request to take your unit out early if possible, but there will be a substantial Movement charge IF we are able to access it.
If you know you will need access to your camper/boat during the winter storage season, you may pay an additional $50 Fee to be placed at the entrance where you may access your unit. This must be indicated on your storage reservation.

Coming out of Storage Spring 2026

There will be 1 weekend (weather permitting) in the Spring that we will move campers out of storage. For 2026 that weekend will be:
- April 18th-19th from 11am – 4pm
All boats will be arranged for self service pickup between:
- April 19th-Memorial Day
All RV/Boat/Vehicles must be picked up and moved out by Memorial Day unless you have booked summer storage with us

General FAQ’s

If I bring my RV/Boat/Vehicle in early is there a place I can leave it until it gets moved in?
- Yes! We have a large area shown on the map below of where to place your camper for staging. Please park parallel to the river/ perpendicular to the side of the building.
